It complies with commercial food safety regulations by chilling hot food from +70°C to +3°C within 90 minutes. It can also freeze food down to -18°C within 240 minutes. The unit features an integrated control panel that displays the internal cabinet temperature (in red) and the food insert probe temperature (in yellow).
