The Robot Coupe CL52 veg prep machine features two hoppers. The extra large hopper can cater for whole cabbages or up to 15 tomatoes at on time. The cylindrical hopper provides flawless precise cutting for long vegetables such as carrots, courgettes or cucumbers.
The veg prep machine has a stainless steel construction including the motor shaft and hopper with easy removable of parts in contact with food for easy cleaning. The CL52 has an industrial induction motor for heavy duty use in a commercial kitchen.
The CL52 Gourmet has a large choice of discs, sold separately, to process a host of preparation tasks. Discs available include slicing, ripple cut, julienne, grating, dicing and French fries.
