Purchased about a year ago and rarely used.
It's been apart of a larger Saji collection of mine which I'm thinning out now and putting the heavy hitter for sale.
The knife acts more like a chef knife rather than a petty as its great depth so can easily handle root vegetables etc.
The knife is in excellent condition and freshly sharpened at Japanese Knife Company in London.
Beautiful knife with an incredibly sharp blade that required little maintenance.
Cost £700+ at the time.
