Prepare vegetables quickly, with the three phase Sammic CA-31 veg prep machine. The machine can prepare up to 450kg of vegetables in an hour, saving time and increasing efficiency.
Simple and safe to use, the Sammic veg prep machine uses a robust 370W motor to make short work of tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers and many more ingredients - saving staff from injury.
Using a combination of discs and grids (sold separately), you can prep veg in up to 70 different ways - for versatile use that allows you to get creative.
