How It Works:

Once finished, unload the perfectly coated products, ready for further cooling or packaging.
Airflow Management.

While this model does not include a built-in air blower system, its compact 3 litres volume makes external airflow management sufficient. By maintaining an ambient temperature of 18-22°C and using a standard household hair dryer for cooling or warming as needed, you can achieve excellent chocolate crystallization and smooth, even coating results without additional equipment.
